Juvenile Charged With DUI After Causing Three Vehicle Collision

Sonora, Ca — A juvenile has been arrested for DUI after allegedly causing a three vehicle collision shortly before 9pm Thursday on Mono Way.
The incident was near the area of Mountain View Dr. The Police Department says that the juvenile was driving a pickup truck and failed to see a vehicle in front of her put on the brakes. She collided with the vehicle, which in turn collided with a mini van traveling in the oncoming direction.
The unidentified suspect was placed under arrest and released to the Tuolumne County Probation Department. A passenger in her vehicle was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
