Local Contractor Selected For Madrone Building Construction
Columbia, CA — Tri-Technic of Sonora has been awarded the construction contract for the $2.3 million Madrone Building that celebrated its official groundbreaking ceremony August 12 at 9am.
The new structure will house the auto body collision repair and welding technology labs.
Tri-Technic was founded in 1982 to privide services to the construction industry primarily in the public-governmental, utilities, municipal and heavy industry sectors.
Tri-Technic´s projects are local, statewide and national in scope including power plants, HVDC converter stations and high voltage power substations, water and waste water treatment plant facilities and pumping plants along with government buildings. Tri-Technic is owned and operated by Dan Garcia.
Completion of the Measure E funded project is scheduled for the summer of 2009.
