Mountain Springs Returns To Supervisors Agenda
Sonora, Ca — A proposal by Mt. Springs that would reduce the housing project to 600 homes and increase the amount of open space is expected to be discussed on Tuesday before the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors.
A public hearing on the issue is scheduled for 1:30pm. The Supervisors have indicated that the scaled down version of the project will be sent to the Planning Commission before there is final vote.
Also on Tuesday, the Supervisors will discuss the creation of a Joint Powers Authority agreement with the City of Sonora that deals with economic development.
Tuesday´s meeting will begin at 9am in the Supervisors Chambers.
