Turlock Resident Arrested On DUI Charge

San Andreas, CA — 26 year old Mathew Marton of Turlock suffered moderate injuries while his passenger, 43 year old Tresa Giannini of Sutter Creek, suffered major injuries in a single vehicle accident on Campo Seco Rd. west of Watertown Rd. Saturday evening at approximately 5:30.
According to the CHP report Marton was driving-under-the-influence at a high rate of speed when he failed to negotiate a curve. The 1993 GMC pickup left the roadway and impacted a tree.
Marton and Giannini were transported to Sutter Amador Hospital where Marton was arrested on a DUI charge.
