Kings Canyon Fire Leads To Smoke Across Mother Lode

San Andreas, Ca — Drift smoke has been reported in portions of the Mother Lode today due to a fire down south.
?We are getting a lot of calls about smoke in the area, and seems to be coming from a fire in the Kings Canyon National Park area,? says Lisa Williams of the CAL Fire Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit.
No fires have been reported this afternoon in either Tuolumne or Calaveras Counties.
