Groveland, CA — The Big Oak Flat-Groveland Unified School Board will not be releasing a statement this afternoon on the status of teacher Ryan Dutton who has been on unpaid administrative leave since September 26th.
District Superintendent Mari Brabbin says that the School Board was not able to meet with legal counsel yesterday, as originally planned, so an announcement will not be made until sometime next week.
Dutton was reportedly placed on leave due to an alleged charge that he plagiarized a paper that was turned in for his teaching credential program at Fresno State University.
