LaGrange Youth Killed In Automobile Accident

Modesto, CA — According to the Highway Patrol 14 year old Dillon Overcash of LaGrange was killed in an automobile accident late Friday minutes before midnight.
The C.H.P. reports that Overcash was a passenger in a 1994 Mazda that was driven by an unidentified 17 year old Modesto resident who is being treated at Memorial Medical Center for rib injuries. A 15 year old male passenger from Angels Camp suffered major right leg injuries and was transported to Doctors Medical Center.
The C.H.P. reports the driver made an unsafe lane change while traveling southbound on Hwy 99 at approximately 70mph. He lost control of the car which then hit a chain-link fence and continued along the side of the road until it hit a steel pole.
