Copperopolis, Ca — Athletes will gather at Lake Tulloch Sunday for Sonora Regional Medical Center´sLive Well, Be Well, Triathlon.”
2007 marks the second year of the event.The reason we put this together is that we really want to promote living a healthy lifestyle,” says Sonora Regional´s V.P. for Business Planning and Marketing Doug Duffield.There´s nothing better than setting a goal, getting out and exercising, living right, eating well, and then entering in an event like this and accomplishing those things.”
The event consists of a 600 yard swim, 15 mile bike ride and 3.1 mile run. The “Live Well, Be Well, Triathlon” begins at 7:30am.
