A young woman from San Andreas was injured Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 26.
It happened around 8:15am yesterday, as 19-year-old Jessica Jennings was westbound on the highway near Prindle Road.
The CHP says Jennings ran off the edge of the roadway and overcorrected.
Her 1995 Pontiac then went out of control and down an embankment, hitting a wire fence and finally overturning onto its roof.
Jennings was taken to Doctors Hospital in Modesto with moderate injuries.
