State Refineries At Full Tilt

The California Energy Commission says that all the state´s oil refineries are at full production. That´s the first time they have all been operating since January. That could mean that farmers may find lower diesel fuel prices for the fall harvest. Experts say that Shell Oil Company´s agreement not to close its Bakersfield refinery yet is helping.
