Peterson Defense Begins Closing

The defense in Scott Peterson´s murder trial is set to begin its closing arguments today.
Defense lawyers will get a half-a-day for their presentation so jurors can vote.
In their closing arguments yesterday, the prosecution told the jury that Peterson strangled or smothered his pregnant wife because he wanted to be with his lover — Amber Frey.
The judge has told jurors they can expect to begin deliberations sometime tomorrow.
