Murphys Man Arrested After Crash

A Murphys man was arrested for suspected DUI after a minor injury traffic accident last night on French Gulch Road.
The CHP says 22 year-old Corey Kenworthy was driving eastbound on the grade just before 9 p.m. last night when he lost control of his car and hit a power pole. He and his passenger, 22 year-old William Riley, also of Murphys, suffered minor injuries in the crash but refused medical treatment. The crash is being investigated.
