State Leaders Look At Cleaner Air

The governor, agricultural leaders and environmental advocates have come up with a way to generate $90 million for a program to help clean the air. Increased vehicle registration fees, a fee on new tires and other measures will raise money to fund the removal of old polluting engines on school buses and farm pumps.
