Pipeline Workers Fail Inspections

The owner of a pipeline that spilled thousands of gallons of diesel fuel into an environmentally sensitive marsh last spring has failed at least two federal inspections designed to assess the company´s response to spills.
That´s according to a report in the Contra Costa Times.
Records show investigators found that Kinder Morgain employees did not know
how to respond to spills or how to properly use equipment
