Accused Molester Sentenced To 10 Years

A man from Tuolumne, accused of molesting a 12-year-old girl repeatedly over a six-month period, has been sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.
36-year-old Anton Frederick Boutin had been free on 40-thousand dollars bail since his arrest, but officials say he´s now in the Tuolumne County Jail waiting to be transferred to the California Department of Corrections.
That should happen in about a week.
Reports indicate Boutin had been a close friend of the girl´s family, and that her parients trusted him.
Boutin had been arrested in the case in mid-October.
A clinical psychologist who interviewed Boutin said with psychotherapy and medication, he will not present a threat to the victim or other children.
