Davis Recall Group Begins Radio Ads

Organizers of the Recall Gray Davis Committee say radio ads will start airing Tuesday to drum up the additional support needed to get the recall matter before state voters.
More than 40 radio stations, including AM 1450 KVML in Sonora will run the seven radio advertisements.
The ads were paid for by contributors of the recall campaign. So far they have raised in excess of $500,000 and over 700,000 signatures.
The radio ads point out Davis´ role in high utility bills paid by Californians, the state´s poor air quality, bad roads and highways and the biggest state budget deficit in the nation´s history.
