Amador School Buses Sidelined

The Amador County school bus fleet has been sidelined this week amid warnings from the California Highway Patrol that the buses were unsafe. That forces more than 2,000 students to find other ways to school. CHP officials say routine bus inspections have turned up mechanical and maintenance problems for years.
