Sonora, CA—CAL FIRE crews are on the scene of the Sullivan Fire burning in Sonora near the Sanguinetti Loop.
The blaze broke out in the 13100 block of Sanguinetti Road in a grass field. CAL FIRE reports that fire crews were able to quickly stop the fire’s forward spread at an estimated 3/4 of an acre. Crews will remain on scene working toward full containment and mopping up. What ignited the fire is under investigation.
