The date by which farmers have to submit paper work showing the measures they´re taking to reduce dust is fast approaching.
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District wants to see farmers´ dust reduction plans by December 31st.
By reducing dust produced in farms, on construction sites and in wood-burning fireplaces, the air board hopes to cut pollution by 20 percent before 2010.
