Horseshoes, Nails Slow Traffic To a Trot

It wasn´t a very lucky situation in Calaveras County this afternoon.
The CHP got a call before 2pm that there were 40 horseshoes and a bunch of nails in the roadway at the intersection of Highway 49 and Highway 12.
Apparently a gray pickup had spilled some of its cargo.
CHP officers helped steer traffic around the hazard until the horseshoes and nails could get picked up.
