Modesto Man Allegedly Kills Brother

A Modesto man is in custody after police say he shot and killed his brother.
It happened Friday at 11:15am in the backyard of a home on Orangeburg Avenue in Modesto.
Witnesses reported hearing a gunshot, and when officers arrived they found 41-year-old Steven Napoleon bleeding from the chest.
Napoleon was transported to a local hospital where he died from his wounds.
The man´s brother, 45-year-old Curtis Napoleon, was taken into custody.
Police say the two had been fighting over an ongoing problem.
