Power Restored in Arnold

Power was out in Calaveras County for about 3 hours this morning. Emily Barnett with PG & E tells us 1,100 of their customers in the Arnold area were without electricity around 8 a.m. this morning after a power line failed. Crews had power restored to most by 10:30.
