Fed Money Could Flow For State Water

Legislators in Washington are poised to approve a multimillion dollar bill meant to upgrade California´s water system. If it passes the House today, the bill will release $389 million to restore the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, to plan for more water reservoirs in the Central Valley, and more.
