SF DA to Refile Charges Against Protesters

The San Francisco district attorney€™s office plans to re-file charges against anti-war protesters who clogged the streets during demonstrations against the war in Iraq. Yesterday´s announcement comes one week after a court commissioner said he would dismiss the charges unless the D.A. filed new ones.
