Parking Lot Mishap Leads To DUI Arrest

Alcohol consumption is being attributed to a hospital parking lot mishap in San Andreas.
CHP Investigators say 58-year-old Railroad Flat resident Janice Hicks was intoxicated around 5 o€™clock Monday evening when she over-shot a parking stall at Mark Twain Hospital and ran her jeep down a slight embankment. The Jeep collided with parked car below.
Hicks continued on through the hospital€™s lower parking lot, spun around, ran over another concrete curb, went down another dirt embankment and finally rolled the Jeep over. She was arrested for DUI. Hicks and her passenger 72-year-old Beverly Gancarz sustained minor injuries.
