Martin Luther King Plate Possible

An Assembly committee will consider a bill today that would create a license plate in honor of the late Martin Luther King Junior and the late Cesar Chavez. If passed by the Legislature, money collected from the sale of the plates would help disadvantaged students at California´s community colleges.
