Blake Still Trying For Bail

Robert Blake´s lawyer says he will ask an appeals court to order a new hearing that could affect the status of Blake´s eligibility for bail, while awaiting trial in the murder of his wife. Superior Court Judge Lloyd Nash has refused to take up the issue or to consider bail for Blake until after a preliminary hearing which could be months away.
