Disney Develops Safety Plan

The Walt Disney Company is set to unveil a new theme park safety initiative. It includes a 30-page report, which will be made available today on the Internet. It also names a first-ever chief safety officer to oversee ride safety at Disney parks around the world. The report and executive appointment come in response to Disney being criticized for its handling of information about accidents at its parks.
