A Stockton court hearing will take place today for a 21-year-old legal secretary accused of helping to kill her boss with horse tranquilizers. Sarah Dutra allegedly helped Laren Sims kill Sacramento lawyer Larry McNabney. Today a judge will decide if Sims´ confession letter, where she names Dutra as an accomplice, will be used in Dutra´s trial.
