High Court To Decide On Treatment Program

The state Supreme Court is set to decide today whether to let the first person to complete the state´s sexually violent predator treatment program go free. Patrick Ghilotti is still behind bars, nearly five months after a judge said he could find no legal reason to keep the serial rapist in jail.
