Oakdale Schools Locked Down

Police locked down Oakdale High School and two elementary schools yesterday after finding a pipe bomb and receiving reports of a shooting nearby. Police say the incidents don´t appear to be related. The pipe bomb was found in a flower bed of a nearby business.
