Westerfield’s Lawyers Get House

Lawyers for the man accused in the kidnapping and murder of seven-year-old Danielle van Dam have put his San Diego home up for sale for 485-thousand dollars. Fifty-year-old David Westerfield transferred ownership of the home to his attorneys, in an apparent move to pay for his defense. Westerfield has pleaded innocent to abducting the second-grader and killing her last month.
