Vehicle Accident Causes Power Outage

Soulsbyville, CA– A power outage is affecting hundreds of residents in the Soulsbyville area this afternoon.
The CHP reports that a vehicle hit a power pole on Willow Springs Drive at Soulsbyville Road shortly before 5 pm. PG & E crews have been dispatched to the scene.
Update at 6:50 pm: PG & E Spokesperson Janna Morris says 493 customers remain without power. Crews are still on scene accessing the damage. An estimated restoration time is currently not available.
